Rooftop charm and friendly staff
The hotel offers an inviting rooftop terrace with fine views of Arezzo, perfect for enjoying a drink at sunset. The staff were genuinely pleasant.
The decor feels dated, which can detract from the overall experience. While breakfast provided ample variety, the quality varied and could be improved upon.

The hotel is ideal and fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with delightful view on the old town. Plus, it is also short walk from a train station.

Great and lovely location, the breakfast was particularly nice with yogurt and salami, as for instance. Location : the hotel was close to the centre of Arezzo and the market and transportation and the center of the old town. Spent here 1 excellant day and will be back.

Both lovable and frustrating
The rooftop terrace offers amazing views of the city, and the staff provides good restaurant recommendations, making your stay nice.
Though the decor feels dated, some areas lacked cleanliness and the bathroom had a very small shower.

The breakfast was average, but the reception was very friendly, special conditions in the parking garage, nice roof terrace until 24 o'clock with bar service. Equipment very Italian in taste, but fits. The location of the hotel is perfect

Excellent hotel. Exceeded expectations. Perfect position, close to station and central city. Lovely roof terrace and excellent room.Staff were great.
Breakfasts a little below par to what we have been getting , no fresh coffee only a machine and no cooked eggs unless oredered and paid for.

Great spot for a group getaway! We visited Siena and Florence, both easy to explore from here. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast offered plenty of options, and the location was central. Plus, the digital check-in made arrival smooth. Don't miss out on the rooftop bar if it's open!
Had an issue with our ceiling leaking one night. It made for a tricky start, but the staff were friendly and helpful after we moved rooms.
